We all have the opportunity to make a difference. You might not be able to change the entire world, but at least you can change a small part of it, for someone. To be efficient is important i.e. don’t make people wait, be into details, serve hot food hot etc. But once we get that right, we have to move on to the next level, which is going out of our way to make every interaction we have with the guest a great experience. 
 
This course is about how you can learn to make a difference in the guest experience simply by the way you interact.  It's a foundation course about service in the hospitality industry we recommend for everybody whether you are a room attendant, waiter or receptionist.  The course is in Indonesian but the video interactions with guests are in English with Indonesian subtitles.
