Case Study

This type of video can have various purposes. It can be the launch of a new product or to reaffirm that you’re still here and ready to do what you do best in these times of Covid-19 uncertainty. 

A video directed at your stakeholders to communicate new ways of doing things in order to continue providing a safe and welcoming environment or to simply say that you are not going anywhere, in fact you’re actually getting better. In other words, a video to communicate an improved promise or perhaps even a re-positioning. 


The Kriya team got to work, starting with having a thorough understanding of the client’s Covid-19 safety procedures. We then used our expertise to thoughtfully plan and sequence content to construct the best way to effectively educate the target audience. 


We then decided with the client to shoot two videos. One, would be a 5 minutes detailed version directed at their employees and a second 3 minutes version for external purposes.


The video “Welcome Back To The Century Park Hotel” is now widely used to inform clients of the hotel’s safety procedures. The extended version has become an integral part of the hotel’s induction program.



The hotel wanted to have a video to tell their clients that they were ready to welcome them back with new procedures that would ensure the safety of guests and employees.
